Do you take small or one-off engagements?你们接小型或一次性的事务吗?
Sometimes — particularly for corporate services work where the scope is well-defined. For resource investment work, we are more selective; the diligence and structuring effort makes very small mandates economically uneconomic for both sides. 有时会——尤其对于范围清晰的企业服务事务。在资源投资业务上我们更具选择性;尽调与架构工作使过小的受托事务对双方都不经济。
How quickly can we meet?多久能见面?
Initial calls are usually scheduled within a week of first contact. In-person meetings depend on geography — Singapore and Hong Kong are routine; New York meetings are scheduled in advance around travel. 初次电话通常在初次联系后一周内安排。面谈视地理位置而定——新加坡和香港是常规节奏;纽约会议需提前安排,与出行计划配合。
Do you sign NDAs before initial conversations?初次沟通前你们签保密协议吗?
Initial conversations are inherently confidential — we do not share what we hear. Formal mutual NDAs are typically signed once specific opportunity details are being discussed; before that, both sides usually prefer to keep things informal. 初次沟通本身就是保密的——我们不会向外泄露所听到的内容。正式的双向保密协议通常在涉及具体机会细节时才签署;在此之前,双方通常更愿意保持非正式状态。
Can I introduce a third party who might be interested?我能引荐可能感兴趣的第三方吗?
Of course. The most valuable introductions we receive come from existing clients and counterparties. We respect the confidence of an introduction and will follow up directly if and when the third party reaches out themselves. 当然。我们收到的最有价值的引荐,都来自既有客户与对手方。我们尊重引荐本身的保密性,并仅在第三方主动联系我们时才直接跟进。
